Happy Monday! When you go to parties on the weekend and there is temptations sometimes you give in a little. Which you can’t look back go forward start over and do better. I use to always think you already messed up you might as well keep eating bad..but not anymore if I eat a little bad I just say well you will have to do better tomorrow. Look and feel better by making your mind stronger that’s right your body can put up with a lot its your mind you need to train. One of the things I enjoy and not all people do is working out its my time to spend doing what I feel makes me feel better. What makes you feel better? I love running on my Nordictrack too! I would love to run a 10k someday and if I do good at that run a marathon. I know big dreams right? Well in order for me to get there I need to train everyday..All I think about is running with others. Don’t let anyone tell you, you can’t do it. YES I CAN! You can do anything you put your mind to. I realize I’m getting older but that is why I need to work harder and be ready to compete..
I’m on my 2nd round of 80 Day Obsesion I’m on day 75 with dedication, you can do it too! Not necessarily this workout take a walk, run, or a different workout..Even Yoga for some good stretching. Today I work my arms, abs, and booty that was the main focus of “Triple A” workout, which uses weights, resistance loops, and strength slides to build muscle and burn fat that pretty much covers it.
