Monday’s Are For Fresh Starts

Happy Monday! When you go to parties on the weekend and there is temptations sometimes you give in a little. Which you can’t look back go forward start over and do better. I use to always think you already messed up you might as well keep eating bad..but not anymore if I eat a little bad I just say well you will have to do better tomorrow. Look and feel better by making your mind stronger that’s right your body can put up with a lot its your mind you need to train.  One of the things I enjoy and not all people do is working out its my time to spend doing what I feel makes me feel better. What makes you feel better? I love running on my Nordictrack too! I would love to run a 10k someday and if I do good at that run a marathon. I know big dreams right? Well in order for me to get there I need to train everyday..All I think about is running with others. Don’t let anyone tell you, you can’t do it. YES I CAN! You can do anything you put your mind to. I realize I’m getting older but that is why I need to work harder and be ready to compete..

I’m on my 2nd round of 80 Day Obsesion I’m on day 75 with dedication, you can do it too! Not necessarily this workout take a walk, run, or a different workout..Even Yoga for some good stretching. Today I work my arms, abs, and booty that was the main focus of “Triple A” workout, which uses weights, resistance loops, and strength slides to build muscle and burn fat that pretty much covers it.

Quick & Sweet

The workout I did today may have only been 47 minutes long but its still intense.

More rounds of primary movement patterns to challenge my mind, muscles, and stamina. Its not one of my favorite workouts I guess because you know you got to keep repeating which can get trying. I do love the different names of each of these workouts you keep doing one more workout, then start over at beginning doing each one repeating 4 times each starting with inch worms which I didn’t take a photo of that you repeat this twice then go to diamond jumps, start back to beginning inch worm. Then next is Flamingo, next is duck walk, then gorilla, onto step throughs, then bear onto crab, after that one of my favorite moves on this 70 day out of 80 day is the frog jump to mule jumps.
