Working FOR PIE

Today was booty I’ve had to take it a little easier until I heal. But I have a few days after today. Anyway I decided the other night why not make a pie. Not just any pie though SUGAR FREE APPLE PIE so good without the guilt sugar free, zero aftertaste plus my family loves it..


Everybody likes a sweet now and then so why not make something that didn’t take me that much time. I’ve made this Sugar Free Apple pie before so good.

One reason I workout and walk is I love working off any extra goo that don’t need to be there. After my booty workout to have my shake that fills me up till lunch time. Make sure you prep or have a plan otherwise when you get hungry hard telling what you might eat because you want it now if you’re like me. I try to think about lunch ideas, dinner ideas before the week so get your list ready and prep and then you’re ready for the week.


I get thirsty working these hard workouts so I have to make sure I’m fueling my body right. That is why I choose this HYDRATE vs Gatorade or some other sugary drink. Workout today was Total Body Core 3 rounds of different moves little did I know how much resistance bands and sliders help build strength, oh ya we used weights too! What a great calorie burn though. A few of the exercises burpees on the sliders, sea saw on the sliders, weights, & pushups oh my killer I can’t believe we are on day 60 already.  The days are going by so fast only 20 to go but I feel stronger. You have to know your body sometimes I feel it I can lift those 20s and there are days I know I can only do 8s & 10s that is just the way it is. We had 3 rounds today I said no way I’m only doing 2 I ended up going to the end. Tell yourself YES I CAN!





Today was day 58 of 80 day obsession. The workout was CARDIO FLOW I have to say I wanted to quit more than once on this because it was hard it just seem to keep getting harder but somehow I powered through it. The workout starts out with inchworms 4 times then spider push ups 4 times you do two rounds of that in the beginning. Thank goodness I have my eshot to get through the workouts. Next you do angel jumps how high can you jump, then duck walks, gorilla, jump throughs, bear, crab, donkey jumps & frog. Repeat each 8 times. I kept thinking I’m not going to do the next round but you do and say alright only 6 more rounds to go. Each round seemed to get more intense you’ll see a few of my pictures. You have to convince your mind you can do this age is just a number what do you know soon she said last ONE..I made it.

Could not wait to make my delicious LOW-CARB WAFFLES so good and filling. .Plant base, Keto, gluten free, high fiber. I love waffles I don’t love the carbs and smothered sugary syrups after feeling awful. Not with these they are so delicious. Feeling BEAST MODE was Total Body Core and she was not kidding I realize we are in phase 3 and it is getting harder but when you finish you feel so great!

Today I did some surrender shoulder press with weights up @ shoulders repeat and yes I feel my shoulders. Burpees on sliders were bit of a challenge got through it..:) I’ve said it before I’ll say it again the right nutrition the right products you can do anything you set your mind to..Some new moves today were the saw on the sliders feeling the core, butt everywhere. Another one is using the loops with the bands to do bicep curls and squats oh ya you feel those. Tricep pushup on sliders no shame in doing modify. What a calorie burn I still believe I will feel like walking with my friends later today.

So I’ve been working out to 80 day obsession everyday even when I went on vacation might not done it quite as good as at home but I did it. We’re into phase 3 and it is not getting any easier but hey if it was easy I probably wouldn’t be satisfied right?

Yesterday was Cardo flow and I was doing a cleanse day its a head game most the day I did great but just knowing I’m cleansing I seem to think I struggle with working out on those cleanse days are great though I love getting rid of toxins that build up.

Today was leg day a whole new week we’re in phase 3 now so we’re in shedding phase so more jumping moves. Not lifting as heavy all the time. Autumn always has a point to every phase and it is working. Have to say I couldn’t do my workout without my amazing products  give me so much energy to get through every workout and day. As you can see from my pictures different moves now working different muscles. Using Sliders and weights to day working the legs from front, sides, & back. Plus we did skater jumps, sumo jumps repeat. I’m sure I will feel it when I going walking later. Deviled eggs are an appetizer favorite of many; but more times than not, they hide nasty seed oils that will throw your omega-3 to -6 ratio out of whack. Keeping your omega-3 to -6 ratio in the area of 1:1 to 1:4 is ideal for minimizing inflammation, so don’t let inconspicuous seed oils drag down your efforts.

Deviled eggs recipes almost always include mayonnaise, and you can trust that 99.9% of store-bought mayonnaise contains omega-6-heavy oils like canola or soybean oil. For this deviled eggs recipe, we used this Bulletproof-approved mayo recipe and added a caesar salad twist to kick these deviled eggs up a level.

These upgraded deviled eggs are a great source of vitamins B, D and A, as well as a good source of protein and high-quality saturated and monounsaturated fats. Putting these deviled eggs on top of a bed of leafy greens takes this recipe from snack to a perfect salad for lunch.


start to Finish: 20 mins



  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise (recipe here)
  • 1/4 teaspoon of dijon mustard
  • 1/8 squeezed lemon
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder (optional; omit if you’re sensitive to garlic)
  • 1/8 teaspoon Himalayan pink salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon smoked paprika

Bacon-Avocado Filling

  • 1/4 avocado
  • 1 piece of bacon

Instructions for Filling:

  1. Chop bacon and avocado into 1/4-inch pieces.
  2. Add bacon to pan over medium heat, cook for 3 minutes or until browned.
  3. Add avocado and reduce heat to low, cooking for another 3 minutes.

Instructions for Eggs:

  1. Bring 2 quarts of water to boil. Reduce heat to low, then add the eggs and cook for 8 minutes. (Alternatively, you can use an instant pot. Add 1 inch of water to the bottom of the pot, place the rack into the pot with the eggs on top, and set to 3 minutes on manual.)
  2. Place cooked eggs in ice water for 3 minutes and then peel and cut in half, lengthwise.
  3. Gently remove the yolk from the sliced eggs and add to a food processor along with mayonnaise, mustard, lemon, garlic powder, and salt, and run processor until mixture is smooth.
  4. Gently spoon bacon-avocado filling into the egg white. Using a spoon, piping bag or resealable plastic bag with a corner snipped, top with Caesar egg yolk mixture and dust with smoked paprika.

Serves: 1



So today was day 44 of Obsession and of course before I could start I had to take my e+  along lasting, flavorful energy shot made with natural-sourced, plant based caffeine and adaptogens.  Without this I can’t get through my workout near as good especially the workouts lasting more than 50 minutes.

Everyday is a challenge no matter who you are I’m not doing this for anyone but me. Getting healthier, fitter, faster, & better for me.  Make it fun is what I do ya if you have a someone to workout with by all means it makes it fun!  You have the opportunity to get better so that is what I work on.

Today was Cardio Flow sometimes I don’t want to finish yeah even me but I knew I had to so I could get out of it what I’m expecting. Don’t settle for less. Workout today had so many different moves one of my favorites is mule to frog.

After my workouts I look forward to my shakes to keep me energized throughout the day.  Having my shakes & other products has help me kick sugar to the kirb.
