LEG DAY BURN

I love yet hate leg days. It’s always better when it’s over but loving these workouts I feel it all the time. I’ve had more energy and strength lately which I’m loving. I have finally found products that give me energy fill me up and make me feel amazing all day! I was hungry when I got up so I had some of my Protein strawberry muffins when I got up with coffee. Work around for awhile before getting ready to do my workout and decided I really needed to eat before working out not much just something so I could workout for an hour without thinking I’m hungry.
