WAKE UP+ WORK OUT

So I’m traveling today so no time to run to the gym and do a workout! So I get up and do this mini challenge and wanted to share it with you all. No time to workout because you need to clean first? No problem when you’re vacuuming do¬† lunges, putting dishes in dishwasher do squats each time, go up on your toes and down when putting away dishes. Do as many jumping jacks as you can even if its 5 better than none. Get a chair do 10 or more dips, 10 pushups you can modify by getting on your knees do as many as you can if you can’t do 10, run over to the wall sit for 20 seconds or more you can do it! Get down and do a plank 20-seconds or more..YOU GO THIS! Now I”m ready for my day! Hope you all have a great weekend!
