Going to take a drive up through the mountains I will need snacks so I pack my bag and I’m always prepared. Are you prepared when whoever your with want a candy bar and you know your hungry but are trying to eat healthy?  Here are some snack ideas



Learn to get back on track. And get use to it. Evey body messes up including me. If it’s only one meal, one day or a weekend  or even a week or an entire month. It will happen. And that’s okay. When I mess up or say I know that was not the best day of eating healthy the secret is to to learn to forgive yourself and start over again.
