So month 2 of Max Out 30 is super hard. Even for someone that works out everyday! I mean you know I’m 52 but I still love a great challenge. This is so great when you know you are getting every muscle work.
The Intervals are longer in this “45 seconds on, 15 seconds off” Tabata-style Plyometrics power madness. The workout is for 30 minutes. Today I did MAX OUT SWEAT.
As always I’m in a hurry but got get workout in and keep eating healthy to keep going.
