So I did a cleanse all day yesterday I was going to do another today but decided I would just workout and eat healthy. I did some cardio & weight lifting today! Getting in shape for the summer eating right is hard so often but remember 70% eating healthy 30% working out.
Even if you’re going to the gym you’re not going to get the results that you want if you not eating right! I’ve been getting better results lately by eating different excited to see how this turns out. Have a great Thursday.
