So Saturday I did Chisel Cardio still working on my videos. So sorry they are going to get better. But I love working out to Chisel from Hammer & Chisel she maybe small but she knows how to work everything. As you can see in the video I used 8’s & 15’s lifting gives you more muscle & less fat.
As far as the salad goes so good. I cut up cucumbers, tomatoes, avocados drizzled olive oil over the salad.. Eating healthy working out staying on track. Stay committed and you will reach your goals.
