Oh my goodness it don’t get any easier but you just keep thinking 22 minutes and your done! I’m loving Tony Horton’s workouts when I first heard about it I thought how are you going to fit a good workout in 22 minutes? It works trust me I’ve done it in mornings and had my workout group do it in evenings they feel it. So today I did 22 minutes of CARDIO 2  

Plus CORE1  great workout ready for the day! it’s calld “Hard Corps” for a reason. You work your lower back, abs, and obliques in just 10 minutes I was screaming. Now it’s time to go have my Shakeology.
