22 MINUTE HARD CORPS

Working with the troops just makes you want to try even harder. I’m loving the 22 minutes of this workout but don’t let it fool you, it is still a good workout.

I did Resistance today challenging myself on increasing the weights of my dumbbells and boy do you feel the burn. Which who don’t want to feel like that after a workout I feel great!

After my workout I felt like I needed a treat so I made a delicious Cafe latte with frozen bananas, & almond butter whipped up to make it look like icecream. So good, so delicious and now I’m filled up and ready for the day!
