FIGHT ROUND 2 (MAXOUT 30)

Do you like cardio? I’ve done so many different workouts from beachbody love them all but I always go back to a certain one when I want to get abs to stand out & just feel like I get a workout like no other. I’m talking about ShaunT’s workouts T25 & INSANITY MAXOUT3o are two of my favorites. Today I did FIGHT ROUND 2 from INSANITY MAXOUT 30 yes its hard but oh how I love the push ShaunT gives in this workout. You have to put in your mind to fight. You can accomplish anything you put your mind to.

Every time you do a MAX:30 workout, you go as hard as you can for as long as you can. Then, when your lungs feel like sandpaper and your muscles are begging for mercy, that’s when you take a break, write down the time you MAXED OUT, and get right back in to finish your workout.
